Privacy Policy and Terms of Use:
Aero Werke is an UK and Hong Kong based company and complies with European and Hong Kong consumer law. We are a registered firm with Companies House Hong Kong. This means that shopping with Aero Werke is safe, easy & reliable. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to cancel any product from our site & shop and for whatever reason we decide and at any time.


Aero Werke accepts most major credit cards via PAYPAL for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. We only bill your card when your order is ready to be dispatched (unless a special order or an orders paid for using Paypal, this will be charged in full, this will also include the cost of any out of stock items). For all orders including offline orders Aero Werke only accepts payment in Sterling (GBP) and Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
All items remain the properties of Aero Werke until paid for in full, we reserve the right to hold items until we are in receipt of cleared funds.

Orders & Returns:
Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available. All Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a VERIFIED Billing Address. Credit Card Orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 calendar days. As a security precaution, all IP Addresses will be recorded for each completed web transaction. A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be assessed on all Returned Item(s), Refused Shipments, and Cancelled Orders that have been dispatched. Shipping Charges are NON REFUNDABLE. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. A refund, exchange will not be considered until all relevant items, hardwares, and accessories have been returned to Aero Werke. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchange will be charged to the customer. A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact telephone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of all parts before installation. Returned items will only be accepted if the items are returned to Aero Werke within 10 Calendar Days of the Invoice Date. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. An expedited shipping method only instructs Aero Werke to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship. All credit card purchases must have a matching billing address. All returns must have authorization by Aero Werke. All returns are for exchange or store credit only. Special order items are not refundable. All cancellation orders after a 24 hour period will incur a 5% cancellation fee. All engines and used parts are sold ASIS, no refunds or exchanges. All modification components, expect those that are exempted by local laws, are intended for off-road use only. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We are always receiving new stock weekly from our partners around the world and from our team in Hong Kong. Delivery to Europe will be made within 72 hours unless otherwise advised. Overnight can be arranged but you must contact us to obtain an urgent delivery rate.
Overseas shoppers MUST contact us for shipping prices and to ensure that we are authorised to send the item to your country. Please check your items when delivered, you should inspect the delivery and if there are any signs of damage you must sign for the item in such a way with the delivery company, any damage not signed for or reported cannot be handled as a claim from the delivery company and we cannot confirm that we will be able to refund or replace your order. Damage must be reported to us within 24hours after acceptance of item.

Stock Levels & Out of Stock Items:
There are times when items become temporarily 'Out Of Stock', these items should be removed from the listings on the site or stated on our site. When you purchase something which has in the mean time become out of stock, we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item, we will contact you to inform you. Your credit card will not be debited until we dispatch the product UNLESS it becomes a 'special order' product in which case we require payment in full before it is ordered (see Special Orders below).

Special Orders:
At Aero Werke, any of our products listed may become a special order at any given time. A 'Special order' is something which we supply to you which is either not currently stocked by Aero Werke or something that we would not hold in stock. By ordering a 'Special Order' you agree to accept our terms and conditions which are that once the order has been placed, the item must be paid for immediately and becomes your property once paid for in full. We will NOT accept the item back under our normal terms & conditions, we have provided a service between you and the item manufacturer, the item supplied will be as ordered and requested by you. In the event that our computer server/database encounters technical difficulties which causes problems with our product pricing, shipping calculations, or sales tax computations, Aero Werke will correct all discrepancies at the time of processing. Customers will be notified of any errors and will have the option to continue with the order with corrected totals or to cancel the order. Aero Werke will not be held responsible for any mis-calculated totals due to server errors or under any other technical errors.

No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customers abuse, negligence, or mishandling. All merchandise sold by Aero Werke is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customers, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labour or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims. There is no warranty on lights, light bulbs, decals, electrical parts, and engine parts. Check your local laws regarding the use on any parts. Customers who purchase via us are bounded by our terms and conditions, and our decision whether to sell or not to the general public is final. If you should encounter a disagreement with a warranty issue, customers should contact us in the first instance, in writing, explaining their concerns. Customers will acknowledge and agree to this stipulation once the transaction has been made with Aero Werke.
