Our items will be sent from our warehouse once full payment has been received. Items may take 1-3 days to be sent out. Please note some of our parts sold may take 6-8 weeks to arrive to you direct from our factory due to sold out stock or re-released items.
Customer will be notified via email or phone in the events of any out of stock items, back order parts and special orders. We apologise for any delays and any inconvenience this may cause should the said events happen.
All documents will be sent via e-mail to the customer once item is paid for in full and collected.

Delivery from Aero Werke:
Delivery to Europe will be made within 72 hours unless otherwise advised; overnight delivery can also be arranged but you must contact us to obtain an urgent delivery rate. Overseas customers MUST contact us for shipping prices and ensure that we have authorised to send the item(s) to your country. You should inspect the delivery and check your item(s) when delivered; if there are any signs of damage you must sign for the item in such a way with the delivery company. Damage must be reported to us within 24 hours after acceptance of item. Any damage not signed for or reported cannot be handled as a claim from the delivery company; no refund or replacement is possible.
Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages.
If you should receive parts damaged by the Shipping Carrier, you must contact a team member at Aero Werke within 24 hours or claim cannot be filed.
KEEP all original packaging, including packing materials and original shipping carton.
Do NOT return damaged items without prior approval.
